The Italian support service makes strange decisions. I don't understand why. I suspect they have a negative attitude towards foreigners. The bottom line is that I bought a product in Italy for 100 euros with delivery to my Italian address (10 euros). The seller knew that I was not in Italy and that my address was the address of the logistics company that would deliver the product to my country. Therefore, the seller sent the product not to my address, but to the address of the nearest post office for pickup. Since I could not receive the product, the post office returned it to the seller. I am opening a case. The support service decides that both the money for the product and the product should remain with the seller. I consider this illegal. All over the world, the sender is responsible for the mail, not the recipient of the product. Italy is the only country where they decide differently - the Italian is always right, and the foreigner is to blame. The Italian support service also rejected my appeal. Can anyone advise what else I can do to get justice?

ciao

I want to understand the reasons for the illegal behavior of eBay Italy support to understand whether it is possible to do business in Italy or block this country.
