Entro quanto tempo devo aspettare che l’oggetto che ho acquistato venga spedito?

Io ho acquistato il prodotto il 16 febbraio e c’era scritto che sarebbe arrivato dal 21-27 febbraio…. Siamo al 25 e ancora non è stato nemmeno spedito
