Ordine che mi dicono essere spedito ma non secondo lo status dí ebay

Salve! Un venditore tedesco (è un negozio) dice (quando lo contatto) che il pacco è stato spedito il 21 Giugno , ma secondo Ebay è ancora fermo allo status “pagato” , è possibile ? Considerando che al ricontattarli dicono sempre le stesse cose , cosa mi conviene fare?

Possibile, se non hanno inserito correttamente un codice di tracciatura.

Attendi fino alla scadenza dei termini previsti per la consegna e se il pacconon è ancora arrivato, chiedi aiuto ad ebay.    https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/ottieni-aiuto-per-un-ogget...

Non usano mai tracciata (ma non ho mai mai avuto problemi).

mi hanno risposto questo :
