Hello everyone.
I retunred an item via FedEx using the return label provided by eBay. I dropped it off at a FedEx OnSite location near me, within the given timeframe.
eBay showed the status of the item as „returning package to the shipper“ (and still does), but a few days ago, FedEx delivered it back to me!
The had placed a new shipping label on the package, listing me as the recipient.
I don‘t know why, maybe because the sellers adress isn‘t correct?
i contacted PayPal for help, but they said I need to resolve this with eBay directly.
The thing is, I can‘t find a proper way to contact eBay support - no email or proper chat option.
What can I do now?
I returned the item within the timeframe and with the correct label, and now I‘m left with the product again and no refund.
This is the first time I purchased something through eBay, and so far, it‘s a complete nightmare…
