On 31 December i bought a new phone. 1 Week later the phone didnt even arrived because the seller gave some wrong adress to the shipment company. After that i wrote him the correct adress then wanted him to ship me back. After that he told me the package was damaged and he told me you can open it up and look if its damaged or you can have a refund. And when i was about to respond, my ebay account got banned because i used a turkish credit card i guess. Then i got scared because i couldnt messaged the guy and i opened a refund risutution. Then me and my italian friend called ebay and asked for help because they dont know any bit of english and ive waited for 1 hours on line for them to find someone who speaks english but they couldnt find it. After that my account got unbanned and we wrote him to ship it and i will look if its damaged and closed the risutution. Then he sended the package to a wrong adress again and it got refunded to the sender because he wrote the wrong adress 2 times. Then i called ebay to have my refund but they were like no we cant do anything you need to go to your bank. But doesnt ebay has %100 refund policy? You can clearly see the iphone refunded back to the seller on gls and he also took my 1400 euros. Arent you are one of the biggest companies in the world? How cant i have my money back when you see that i got scammed for 1400 euros are you for real? What should i do to get my money back i already talked with my bank but i dont know if they will help me. Should i go to the police? Please someone help me i wont buy anything from ebay again how you can be this bad of a website and have this much of a value? How cant i open a new refund risutution when i got scammed????

Probably the time limit to ask for a refund from ebay has expired.
You have 30 days, from the date of presumed delivery, to ask for a refund.
That's why they advised you to contact your bank, with its help you can make a "credit card chargeback" and get your money back.

No it wasnt even 20 days later when they told me we cant do anything because you closed the refund process and i told them how cant you open another one when you can clearly see i got scammed?????
