I’ve bought a hair regrowth Minoxidil product from a seller who had a nearly 100% positive feedback, and thousands of sales. Upon receiving the product, I found the smell and overall package a little off. I contacted the manufacturer and inquired them about the authenticity, they asked for the lot number and expiry date, and proceeded to tell me it was a counterfeit product. What can I do to report the seller and situation to eBay?
