A seller buy a cellphone and ask to return it because its size was small few inchs so ask him to return first then i will approve refund,,he take this case to ebay and even ebay refund him without asking me that is he return his item or not ,,now i appeal on ebay and dont know what they will do ,,i just want my cellphone or money

Se l’acquirente ti contestava la non conformità all’inserzione, avresti dovuto immediatamente accettare il reso e fornirgli un’etichetta prepagata per la spedizione.

Dopo che tu hai fatto scadere il tempo a tua disposizione, l’acquirente ha chiesto il rimborso direttamente ad ebay.

Ora tu hai comunque il diritto di riavere il tuo telefono (a tue spese), ma non avrai più aiuto da ebay.

Mandagli un’etichetta prepagata e chiedigli di spedirti l’ apparecchio. Se non provvede, potrai denunciarlo per appropriazione indebita.
