I wanted to share an experience I recently had and see if anyone else has gone through something similar.
I ordered a car part from Brand4cars, but the item never arrived. After waiting more than two weeks, they told me it was “lost” and issued me a refund. So far, okay.
However, about a month later I suddenly started receiving bills — first by email, then even by post — from a company called ATP-Autoteile GmbH. They are demanding the exact amount of the refund I had received, as if I owed them money for the missing item.
For me this feels like a scam:
- I never got the product.
- I was refunded.
- And now a completely different company is chasing me for the same amount.
This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this, and it’s really frustrating.
