not receive the item

It is interesting that I bought two items on the same day about 7:50 pm and 9 pm, however the first one I got it but the second one I have not received yet. I contacted to seller and he/she said your address is an incorrect or incomplete address!!!!!!!! Any one can tell me how could be possible that with the same address in the shipment address, one received and other no??? and how can I change or correct or complete when it is true??????

Controlla l'indirizzo che hai messo sul  tuo account ebay, se è corretto contatta il venditore ed invitalo a spedire o ad annullare la transazione (il rimborso sarebbe totale ed immediato).

Se non spedisce e non annulla, dovrai attendere la scadenza del termine di consegna per chiedere aiuto ad ebay.

Thanks for your respond. my address is correct and I tell seller to cancel it because I wanted that item as a  birthday gift and It did not receive on time(deadline), however he/she said it could be cancel because I send it, but I have never taken this item and I do not know where is it. If we suppose that my address is incorrect or incomplete so it should return to the seller and I can cancel it but  seller do not want cancel it.

Se l'indirizzo sulla lettera di vettura coincide con quello che tu hai registrato su ebay e il pacco torna al mittente per indirizzo errato o incompleto (vale quello che c'è scritto sul tracking del corriere), non otterrai mai il rimborso. L'oggetto è comunque di tua proprietà ma, se lo vuoi ancora, dovrai pagare una nuova spedizione.

Se invece l'indirizzo è stato trascritto in modo errato dal venditore, puoi chiedere il rimborso.

Fatti mandare dal venditore una copia della ricevuta di consegna o tentata consegna.

Innanzi tutto non capisco perché l'inglese... su un forum italiano... va beh...

Ma non ti è mai venuto in mente che "forse" possono essere due spedizionieri differenti... magari uno con Poste Italiane che lascia il tutto nella buchetta delle lettere... anche se non c'è il tuo nome... mentre l'altro è un fattorino più scrupoloso che non trova il tuo nome su campanello?

Se quindi al venditore è stato comunicato che l'indirizzo è incompleto, nonostante tu sia certo di averlo comunicato correttamente, devi tu accertarti del motivo... ripeto... il tuo nome e cognome è ben visibile all'indirizzo indicato?

I received another item right now with my address, so I think my shipping address is ok. however, I checked my Address and my name in my profile and shipping address, also on the doorbell, they were correct.

Comunque ti avevo detto di chiedere al venditore la copia della sua ricevuta di avvenuta consegna, così da poter capire a quale indirizzo è stato spedito.

Solo così potrai vedere se si tratta di un errore del corriere o se ha sbagliato il venditore a trascrivere l'indirizzo.
