Is there anyway to speedup delivery or get a refund.

Dear Community, 

 

So I purchased a new IPhone 15 Pro on this platform because it was a good deal on September 15. Now initially I had some coupons which were not applied so I called the Call center and they told me to cancel the order. Apparently the money had already been deducted from my PayPal which I think was yet to reflect. Seeing no way around this, I messaged the distributor who apparently skyrocketed the prices and also raised a dispute from my payment institution as to why I was deducted and they reached out to Ebay. Seeing that the payment had already been made, I went on to cancel the dispute to receive the produce and return it if I don't want to the distributor to get back my money since the distributor claimed he can't cancel the order due to the dispute raised(although it has been cancel as I said). Now I am in the Italy region and do not really speak the Italian language fluently so anytime I call the call center, I do not really get what I need to do and explain to them I have exhausted all my options. The distributor first claimed he can't send the product due to the dispute and I told him it has been resolved. He later said he will send the product. It has been over 21 days and I have not received neither the product nor my money and still see that I raised a dispute in my account although I have canceled it and the call center operators say that it has been canceled. The distributor is no longer responding my messages having claimed he will send it some time ago. What do I need to do since the money is over 1000s of Euros. Thank you for reading my long story to provide me a solution.

Ti devi mettere il cuore in pace, hai commesso una serie di gravi errori dettata forse dalla fretta o dalla poca esperienza.

 

Aprendo reclamo sul metodo di pagamento hai bloccato ogni possibilità di movimento al venditore, devi attendere che tutto si risolva (ci vorrà circa un mese) per poi essere nelle mani del venditore perché non puoi fare altro che sperare nella sua onestà.

 

Sbagliando si impara.
